Priority of Listing
The order in which companies are displayed on search pages is dependent upon the level of membership. For example, if two companies were both listed as a Contractor for roofing in a single area, the company with the higher level of membership would be displayed first.
E-mailed Qualified Quotes
All Gold memberships will be automatically emailed opportunities to quote on any jobs that the consumer may wish bids on in your fields. (leads generated from 15 local websites)
Number of Services Listed
You must identify yourself as providing services from a list of 70 service categories. The number of services for which you may identify yourself is determined by your level of membership.
Number of Cities Listed
Similar to services, the number of service areas that you may list is dependent on the level of membership chosen and if you are willing to work in other areas of Alberta.
Hyperlink to Off Site Web Page
From your Contractors Guide webpage, you may provide a link to an external website if you already have one.
Search Engine Submissions
Your webpage on the Alberta Contractors Guide will be submitted to top search engines based on the membership level that you choose. Since these are customized by your services and service areas, this will draw consumers to your site that are interested in your particular offerings. The more search engines to which we submit your webpage, the more your company gets exposed on the Internet.
Banner Advertisement
Gold members are provided with a banner on the Alberta Contractors Guide that can be targeted toward those interested in that product/service for the length of your membership. For example, a Roofing Manufacturer can display his banner on the search results page for Roofing Contractors. If you do not already have a banner that is 468x60 pixels, the Alberta Contractors Guide can create one for you for $40.
